Well, I've always loved easter/spring dresses. My mother would buy me one each year when I was little. Mostly just ones that came with hats, cause I love hats, hehe.
Well, this dress I designed was inspired by many easter/spring dresses I saw in the stores, and some lolita style added to it. I would have made it sooner, but I was having trouble with the skirt to the top. Yeah, this is the skirt only.
