A suit worn by the Administrator Pluto. The one granted the title of Pluto is responsible for scientific research and development. Pluto has his own personal laboratory within Galactic HQ in which he performs experiments and research. Rarely seen in field work, Pluto's job is to study the cosmos and learn the way of Time and Space, ultimately controlling the two.
