Since some people can't read: THEY DON'T MOVE. They don't move because I didn't WANT them to move. They are not meant to be flappy, ugly bird wings, they are a majestic headpiece. If you don't like that, don't buy them. These wings are not some random thing, they are part of a character's costume that I designed years ago. I like the design. If you don't, don't buy them. Simple as that. :)
