There is a dollhouse inside a bigger room. The avatar can live inside either the dollhouse or the bigger room. NOTE there is an action for the avatar with 4 dances similar to the dances of the two dolls (the pink and the purple). My catalog has dresses similar to the dresses of the four dolls and that on the sewing machine (check Ms. Ouevre, Ms. Nancy, Ms. Genteel, Annabel, Dandy).

The marionette has a triggered pose, which means when you stand at a certain spot adjacent to the marionette both the avatar and the marionette will be animated. This is clear on the product page of the marionnette! Some people are still naive on IMVU and do not know what is meant by "triggered pose" ;)
