The file you have just saved is a zip file containing 2 files, called shape.xpf and stretch.xaf.
To use them, derive from this product, and go to the Actions tab in the previewer.
Scroll down to the red part, and look for where it says 'Skeletal animation'. Browse to your stretch.xaf file.
Then, where it says 'Morph animation', browse to your shape.xpf file.
Hit 'Apply Changes' and see your mesh appear!
To texture this product, use either a 256x256 square, or a 512x256 rectangle - whichever is more convenient.
This product is opacity mapped, so you cut away parts that you don't need - just be sure that your opacity map is the same size as your texture.
