He is the Blood Bot, One of 3 Bots created by the Army to be highlly trained troops that were supposed to hunt down anyone who was evil and ruthlessly destroy them. This project was supposed to destroy terrorists like Bin Laden. Unforntunatlly President Bush became scared when he found out that these robots actually were able to think and had a form of restricted free will. He feard that the bots would see him for what he is and destroy him aswell as the terrorists.
He quicklly shut down the project and ordered all bots destoryed.
However the scintists workign on the project had fallen rather in love with their project and stole 3 prototype bots. They are now searching for a person who would take care of their creations untill they are no longer under suspition.
