Lolly curls in Shadesiren Blue (I know it's usually called "Loli's" or "Lolitas" but in interest of avoiding references to the negative aspect of such, mine are called Lollys). I looked through all the blue hair I could find, but didn't see anything that was quite what I wanted, so here we have them - sausage curls in bright blue. Textured with my realistic stranding technique (each strand actually drawn, not "generated" for a unique look).
