*SALE* Sorry i do not know how to slow it down, i do it on my own computer in IMVU, by going into Settings advanced and slide the bar there to slow. Triggers to race are go1 thru go8. eight parking spaces behind the opera house and dance club (shown in 3rd picture). spots from right to left one thru eight, four in each. Animated things add a bit of real laughter to the loops. Two continually moving loops on the oval road. There is as well a lovely seaside place to enjoy...use ctrl and move tool to slide things into the stores, dance club, opera house and building on the pier
