Merman mesh includes upper torso along with the tail, as well as sculptable side fins, back fin and arm fins. Another version that does not override the top is also available.

As much as I wanted to make this seamless, it was not possible because IMVU puts the neck between the legs on the texture map and if I moved it then you would not be able to show skin on the neck or it would be messed up.
