You can find it on the street parallel with the beach, see the last image below. You can notice dark triangles on the street, they indicate 3 nodes that move when you enter one of the trigger words below. Move the item (car, bike, etc.) to one of those nodes, DO NOT SLIDE IT and do not rotate it until it snaps in place as shown below.
