Winner must inbox MsCocoXTC to notify of their purchase , and MsCocoXTC will reimburse the winner the full cost paid for the Tee-Shirt so that it will be free as advertised. 3. Winner must agree to having a picture taken with this card in order for us to place the picture in our Group's Winners Circle and 4.
