can be worn by male and female.... this was derived from a product that was stored in the male clothings category... somehow in my inventory it is sitting under the male clothing folder... I do not know how to fix that :-P... (a wee bit of inconvenience for myself hehe)feather is not included... you can get them from whystler.. they work on male and females too.
