Built as the Spectrum Matter relay that carries power throughout a town in a www.MardiGras3000.com comic book, this rod is unchanged from the excellent original except that the glass chamber has been darkened (to strengthen it, of course) and it now contains highly mutative and radioactive, animated, rainbow streaked dark matter.
