Hi. Braces will work on grill/grillz or newer heads depending on the mouth fit. The actions that come with this head are not permanent.

Before you buy a grill/grillz head make sure you try it on the normal head as you may not need to have the grill/grillz depending on the teeth if it shows through the braces.
