On a side note about the room, there is a slight "floating furniture" issue I've noticed. This is from the creator of the room that this room was derived from, not me. I cannot fix this issue. BUT! There is a solution, such an easy fix :D

Furniture can be moved side to side or up and down by holding shift or ctrl while moving your furniture. Thus, being able to rid yourself of the floating furniture.
