With the menace of the Temple of Vile Darkness on the rise, the terrified populace prayed for deliverance. They knew they had abandoned the ways of Ellyon, and thus were greatly responsible for the resurgence of the evil temple. Still, there were those who remembered Ellyon's promises, and hoped for an answer. Signs and portents guided heroes to find such answer not in the present, but in the distant past: the lost Fane of Righteous Deeds.

A bulwark against Vile Darkness, the Fane lies at the heart of the ancient ruins of the City of a Thousand Lions. Its priceless tomes and relics will give true seekers the answers and tools they need. It's greatest treasure, however, is the Pool of Resolve; its incorruptible, crystal-clear waters made by the lion-god Ellyon himself at the dawn of time. Beneath those waters lies a weapon that strikes fear into the black heart of the Horned One, and could destroy him if wielded by one of righteous heart.

This is all just flavor text, of course :). Make sure to try the room first. It has only 9 standing nodes in the central, starting room, so there are no annoying nodes in the other rooms to interfere with any furniture you might want to add to the place.
