What IS a kelpie? Well, it’s a Scottish fey (think fairies.) It looks like a horse but has seal like skin, and lives in the water. Many consider it to be very dangerous being that the main thing it does is lure people onto its back so that it can drag them underwater to their doom. XD Lovely right?
