This is actually a skirt for one of my original characters, but if you wish, you can wear it as well! The skirt is knee-length, ruby red, ragged, uneven at the bottom, and has a yellow band running across the top. It is also unblended, so you can now wear fishnets underneath. It is the same as the torn ruby red skirt. However, instead of being smooth and blended, it's more "ragged" with the homeless person feel to it.
