Due there are 6 standing spots, head movement maybe doesn't looks synchronized if all avatars don't be placed at spots at the same time. I've find the way of synchronize 2 avatars, using an action (no idea about how to do it with the rest). Hands are placed to wear items: a book, a flower, a guitar.. whatever, but I don't know how will be seen, depending the mesh. Experiment with it before to buy. You can use a mouth/talk item to simulate you're singing (take a look at products used in scene).
