This is a test creation its purpose is to define and make use of the larger space in White Star Fleet's Academy. If my eye measurements are correct this will fill one of two corners separating interviewing from reception. This still leaves space for other Academy related services, special events, training etc., etc. If not I can always repurpose and redecorate it just like you can using the links above.
