The only movements on the Midnight Panther is that of an idle tail that moves back and forth - and his mouth which opens when a sound command is given. This means that this pet will NOT jump at and attack other avatars. It's a completely peaceful animal ( Minus some of the sounds. ). The Midnight Panther is completely black with sharp blue eyes and white whiskers. I sincerely believe that any of you who purchase the Midnight Panther will be satisfied with it.

Issues
Below are a few issues that I am well aware of in regards to the Midnight Panther. If anyone discovers anymore, please contact me as stated below and I will add them to the list if I am unable to fix them.
* Eyes, Claws, & Whiskers change color.*
I have noticed while using the panther that in some rooms and in various standing/sitting positions where the eyes, claws, and whiskers change colors. The eyes should be strikingly blue and the whiskers and claws are stark white. I do not know what is causing the issue, but it doesn't happen in all rooms or positions. I believe its a minor glitch that exists in certain rooms and not the panther itself. I could be wrong however.
*Panther stands in mid-air*
Depending on the standing, sitting, animation, posing spots - when a pet is equipped, it will retain the standard position that it usually is in by default. The panther's feet when you are standing touch the ground - however if you sit down, the panther will rise up in the air, the feet completely off the ground. There is no cure for this that I am aware of - however, it can be avoided simply by removing the pet from use when sitting. This is an issue I've experienced with other pets as well - and not on that will show up while using the " Try It Pass " unless you're trying the pet on in an actual room with a sitting spot, etc.

You will notice that if you look at the panther's feet - you will see his stark white claws rising out of the top of his toes. Normally, they should stick out the font of the toes. I contacted the Mesher who I derived the panther from and I was informed that nothing could be done about it. Before creating this panther, I bought another panther that used the same mesh - I never noticed the claws because they weren't start white against the black fur. I have chosen to live with the claws the way that they are because its a minor issue in my opinion - and it adds uniqueness to the panther I suppose.

I did not apply a movement to every sound - as the mesh only included 1 movement in terms of the face and head. It Pass
IMVU can at time be very glitchy - sometimes those glitches occur because of the overall system, at other times its because of a product itself. While it does make your shopping take longer, it is always wise to put your " Try It Pass " to work for you. Before you ever purchase any item - try it on. While you are trying on the product, look for any glitches, check out your other inventory products to discover what will work with it and won't. More importantly, use your " Try It Pass " to make sure that you are happy with the product prior to spending your credits on it.
While I do my best to fully describe my items, list the known issues with the product, and inform my customers of every detail I can think of - words do not always capture a complete details of a product. Also, I do not test my products with every single item available on IMVU so I have no way of knowing whether or not a hair will cause a nose ring to disappear for example. It is up to you to try out the product, and see what happens - and I highly advise you to do so, not just with my products - but with every product you are thinking about purchasing for yourself or anyone else.
Virtual Goods Content Policy
IMVU's Virtual Goods Content Policy ( Also known as the " VGCP " .) ( Click the link to view the policy on a new tab/page.) sets defined limits on products in regards to what is acceptable for General Audience ( " GA " ) and Access Pass ( " AP " ) content. While I am an adult developer on IMVU - I do not create Access Pass Only ( " APO " ) products at all. Every one of my products fit within the realms of the General Audience ( " GA " ) Category of the Virtual Goods Content Policy ( " VGCP " ). Please keep this in mind while reviewing my products as well - if you believe that my products meet the Unfit for IMVU ( " UFI " ) Category, or are improperly rated General Audience ( " GA " ) instead of Access Pass Only ( " APO " ) then you will be 100% wrong.

I will not give refunds to customers who make a complaint about a product and expects a refund when its obvious that they have not been a responsible shopper and read the product page. You can usually tell who these shoppers are when they ask for a refund and complain about a known issue thats listed on the product page ( as all known issues are listed on my product pages when I am aware of them. ). Again, I highly advise using the Try It Pass as I stated above... please don't come to me wanting a refund because the product isn't what you believed it would be. I am quite clear about the product with the massive details that I list on the product pages - in fact, I take pride in the fact that I'm one of the honest developers who do so.
