Comes with 5 triggers:

PimpStand - stand with the cane in front of you with both hands on it
PeanutStand - stand with the cane on one side, leaning against it while polishing your nails.
CaneStrike - swing the cane once in front of you.
CSR - swing the cane once to your right.
CSL - swing the cane once to your left.

When no triggers are active the cane will be hold around its middle and follow in whatever hand movements your avatar has.
