Compatible with other facial expressions, and certain item that makes the avatar's nose longer (you can see the item at products in scene link).
WARNING: This head have its own skin color: try to match with a similar skin. At neck there's a color change difficult to hide: try to cover it with a neck corrector, long hair or a choker.
