Stand in front of it to pick up a radio which last as long as the Cartoon even though you move away from the virtual good. This virtual good is free standing and mounts to a floor node. To place on a wall rez with your Avatar near the wall then hold down Ctrl while moving. Note: to avoid clash shows Do not place virtual good precisely on the wall.
