These are actually 4 rooms in 1! One normal hospital (entrance) floor downstairs, one normal hospital floor on the 1st, one floor to serve you as an office or a lab and one floor to ...... (well, who will ever come there?) You can use the elevator to reach the upper 3 floors/rooms. just push the buttons! Well, it says 'no entry' at the 3rd and 4th floor, so I wouldn't go there if I were you ;)
