Well, there aren't any good YuGiOh cosplays in the catalog. So I thought I'd start my own collection :D
I based this top off the outfit worn by the character Malik/Marik Ishtar and Yami Marik from the anime series, Yu-Gi-Oh!
Here is some basic info on his character:
Marik is the possessor of the Millennium Rod, and the Winged Dragon of Ra God-card. He believes that the Pharaoh killed his father and wants revenge. He uses the Millennium Rod to recruit the Rare Hunters to steal the Egyptian God cards from Ishizu. Marik enters the Battle City tournament along with Odion and some Rare Hunters, one of which loses Slifer to Yugi. He becomes angry and intended to win back Slifer from Yugi, and the third God-card, Obelisk, from Seto Kaiba.

Very little is known about Yami Marik. He was created by the hate and darkness in Marik's heart when he went through the Tomb Keeper's initiation. Unlike the blind revenge-driven Marik, his embodiment of evil exists to plunge the world into everlasting darkness. Yami Marik is ruthless, and will stop at nothing to achieve his goal.
