Midtown condominium's rooftop pool and patio left unused would be a waste of space and amenities. So with this Patio Table there is more than enough seating for tenants to relax and soak up some sun in privacy. This may be the last of the collection for this room build but there is always space if you want to lease out(or share) the lower condominiums.
