Room Xtra

This version of a room includes various signs and places to display logos and to section your store.
Pros: Cost effective way of creating a personal store. No extra derive fees for the extras included.
Cons: Unlikely to be sellable as a product, more for personal use.
Price reflects extras included vs the non brandable mesh.

 Room

This version DOES NOT include signs and places to display logos and section your store. All items not included in this version are available in my catalogue as furniture.
Pros: Perfect choice to create a store for sale in the general catalogue as it isn't tied to a specific developer or brand.
Cons: To add logos and customise to a brand, paying extra dervie fees could mount up.
