a cute mini skirt with lace accents and panties for you to dev from! feel free to edit or recolour in any way you want. once you save the skirt file, you should notice the block colour on either end of the texture. these spaces can be used for the lace and to add accessories like belts. i found that flat colours work best for the lace. ^^ all textures are 100% made by me. use of these textures outside of my dev will result in DMCA action, so please don't steal them.
