The Gun Bunny
(This item can be used with both Male and Female avatars)

Most bunnies are cute, some are annoying, and at least one is notably deadly... well, make that two now, with the Gun Bunny! This highly cybernetically modified and anthropomorphized killer rabbit is packing twin Gatling guns and a sizable plasma cannon hidden inside it's body. There's also a harpoon gun, but for the sake of common decency, you can't activate it. It's placement was deemed "inappropriate". Regardless, you won't find a more adorably deadly companion then the Gun Bunny!

Commands are:
"SingleRightShootForward" - for a quick bullet shower
"BrainBlast" - to fire the face cannon
"EarCopper" - to take to the air
"DeathFromAbove" - to clean a room of your adversaries
"Wave" - to greet
"No" - for a No
"Yes" - for a Yes
"SelfDestruct" - To blow up the bunny... for awhile anyways (think of it like Wolverine!)

PLEASE NOTE: Despite the avie shown in the video, this item works equally well for both Male *AND* Female avies. The Gun Bunny is found under "Pets". It attaches to the "Female03MasterRoot" bone of the avatar's skeleton, so it might conflict with other "Root" attachments if you have too many on. Please use TRY IT before you BUY IT to ensure it works with your chosen outfit! There will be NO REFUNDS if it doesn't work with your existing outfit or body type.

---------------------------- Deriving Section --------------------------

Wish the Bunny was Pink? Firing a Green Energy Beam? Flew around longer? And how about some SOUND FX's?? Well then, buddy, start Deriving! Make your own version, and even sell it the catalog for a small markup over my original, and keep the extra profits for yourself! You can express yourself AND earn credits at the same time. How's that for a sweet deal? You'll need a full account on IMVU, as well as a copy of Previewer. You can find out more about Deriving on the IMVU's Education Center. Below is the template you'll need to get started (Right Click and Save As to your computer):

Several of the animations make use of Loops. If you wish them to play longer, or shorter, go into the command you want to edit, look down at the bottom and increase the number of loops for both the Skeletal and Morph animations. These numbers must be identical or one animation will try to play longer then the other and mess up both of them. You can also change the Morph Amplitude for larger or smaller effects, although this too can have strange effects if used incorrectly.

This is the actual Texture map used on the Body. Use this for simple changes, such as color:

This is the Wireframe Template for the Body. This shows you exactly how the Texture map adheres to the structure of the model. You'll need this if you want to create a completely new Texture map:

This is the Texture for the Eyes. As you can see, it's both eyes, pressed up against each other. The image is split between the two eye sheets at the middle, so don't try to modify this image with any element that crosses the middle of the image:

This is the Opacity layer for the Eyes. An Opacity image is like a Black and White silhouette, which tells the computer which parts of the image should be visible, and which should not. Basically, the darker the image becomes, the less of the model is visible. You can use gray to make things glass-like, but due to errors in IMVU's handing of transparency, you might see other strange graphic glitches. It's best to stick to solid white and black:

This is the Wireframe Template for the Eyes:

This is the Additive texture for the Muzzle Flash. An Additive texture is an image that is glowing. It is brighter, and more solid, the lighter each pixel is. The darker each pixel becomes, the more transparent, ending in completely invisible when completely black. You can not, for instance, have a Black Rain using an Additive texture, as it would become invisible. To make something like Black Rain, you'd have to create a matching Opacity layer for your new Black Rain Effect texture and change the Blending Mode to Composite:

This is the Additive texture for the Face Energy Beam:

To add sound, I highly recommend you download and use Audacity. It's a free sound editing tool that can export out OGG sound files. OGG sound files compress down to less then 1/10th the file size of WAV files. SO USE OGG FILES!!! You can download it here:
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Also avoid looping sounds, as they tend to get annoying to listen to very quickly. Try to keep your volume levels low as well, as IMVU tends to over-amplify all audio playback to near ear-bleeding levels.
