This is DERIVABLE!!!! This is trim to match the trains for texture slots 07 and 18 in the meshes tab # 3hc B&B stands for Black and Brass but it could be Bed and Breakfast ;) It is possible to remove some of the furniture, but you would also need to hide the wheels... as it screws up the animation settings...
