Have you seen Akame ga Kill yet? You probably have because you are looking at this sword. It started off in Square Enix's Gangan Joker and made its way to becoming an anime. It is up there with Highschool of the Dead in terms of quality. What makes it better than Highschool of the Dead is that it has an actual ending. The protagonist, Akame, is your typical deadly assassin, trained since childhood and armed with a mystical sword. Enter the Teigu Murasame.
Can you say, "One hit kill"? ...because this sword is. Anything living that it cuts becomes infected and dies of heart failure in seconds. It is also supernaturally sharp, cutting through wood, stone or metal like it is nothing. Armour will not save you from Teigu Murasame. Having your own Imperial Arm might help some, but this is pretty much the ultimate weapon.
