Each bone you can change has a "NodeName". Simply find the bone its scale you want to change, click on its X, Y, Z values that are called "ScaleAbsoluteX", "ScaleAbsoluteY", and "ScaleAbsoluteZ"respectively, and change them by clicking the blue "Override" or "Edit" button at the bottom of the window.
