MeshHeadS Alice (and partial other MeshHeads Heads) compatible Detail Patch Accessory addon PLEASE NOT, this was designed to float above the Alice head, it will also have limited compatibility with my other heads too, but it will clip the face, also since it is just an accessory, it will not move with the face. You will need to use a black opacity to remove the parts of the mesh that you do not want to use, sorry there is no easy way to do this, and still maximum detail other than the way it has been created, but you can just use the same black texture in all materials you don't use.
