This is a wheel chair accessory for the male avatar. Designed to be used in the standing position (putting it on while sitting will just make you look silly). Put it on and type 'sitdown' and your avatar will make its self comfy in the chair. All actions work while sitting in the chair, changing moods will make you avatar stand up again so you'll need to type 'sitdown' to get back in the chair.
