T3 Zen Sakura Cali-Corner Home

This is the Zen Sakura Cali-Corner Home. Zen Sakura is one of the first product lines I created when I started developing. I have decided to update it with newer textures and products. I have added dimension to the line by adding more depth to the theme colors with the addition of various shades of gray to offset the dominant colors of pink and black. The colors for this home are various shades of black, gray and pink. This is a large, two-story design which features a loft area that overlooks the lower level living area. This home features an open, design layout with kitchen, dining area, living room, and indoor pool on the first floor. Upstairs features a master bedroom and secondary living area that could also be a 2nd bedroom or bathroom which overlook the first floor. Outside there is a sports court which can be used for basketball or volleyball. I hope you enjoy it!! ROOM SPECS

THIS IS A VERY LARGE ROOM AND IS WHAT I CONSIDER "HEAVY" EVEN THOUGH I TRY TO KEEP MY TEXTURES SIZES SMALL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ROOM FOR SLOWER COMPUTERS AND YOU MAY NOT WANT TO USE THIS AS PUBLIC ROOM WITH A LARGE AMOUNT OF VISITORS.

ALSO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR NOVICE USERS. THIS IS AN ADVANCED DESIGN WITH 2-STORIES AND HENCE NOT AS EASY TO DECORATE AS SINGLE-STORY HOMES AND SMALL ROOMS. ADVANCED HOMES TAKE PATIENCE IN DECORATING AND LEARNING TO NAVIGATE WITH YELLOW DOTS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND OVERLOADING THIS ROOM WITH FURNITURE BECAUSE OF IT. IF YOU HAVE NEVER DECORATED A MULTI-LEVEL HOME, I RECOMMEND STARTING WITH SOMETHING LESS EXPENSIVE TO SEE IF SUCH A DESIGN MESH APPEALS TO YOU FIRST.
