T3 Zen Sakura Miami Modern Home

This is the Zen Sakura Miami Mod Home. Zen Sakura is one of the first product lines I created when I started developing. I have decided to update it with newer textures and products. I have added dimension to the line by adding more depth to the theme colors with the addition of various shades of gray to offset the dominant colors of pink and black. The colors for this home are various shades of black, gray and pink. This room is a sprawling, split-level design which combines elements of a single-story design with that of a multi-story design. You may find this home easier to decorate than multi-story homes. The home features an open, airy sunroom, kitchen, dining area, bedroom which overlooks the living room, and a large indoor pool with a fountain. The deck in front of the home features a spa which is perfect for relaxing with friends. I hope you enjoy it!!

Please note that the mesh for this home does not have swimming animation in the pool or in the ocean BUT there are furniture nodes. So if you have an animated swimming pose you can put it in the pool or ocean. You can also use floats and rafts. I do not have the ability to put swimming animation in the pool as I did not create the mesh. This is only a recolor.
