T3 Zen Sakura Loft V2

This is the Zen Sakura Loft. Zen Sakura is one of the first product lines I created when I started developing. I have decided to update it with newer textures and products. I have added dimension to the line by adding more depth to the theme colors with the addition of various shades of gray to offset the dominant colors of pink and black. This loft features a large, open floor plan making it easy to decorate. There is a hot tub with 7 sitting positions and 9 other standing positions throughout the room. The home also feature a built-in, animated waterfall and large picture window featuring a view of Fuji-san accented by sakura. I hope you enjoy it!

**DEVELOPER NOTE: THIS ROOM USES OPACITY IN ORDER TO GIVE A GLASS EFFECT TO THE RAILINGS. DUE TO IMVU BUG, IF YOU WEAR HAIR OR CLOTHING WITH BLENDED OPACITY IT MAY DISAPPEAR WHEN LOOKING THROUGH THE GLASS. I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. HAIR OR CLOTHES THAT DO NOT USE OPACITY WILL NOT DISAPPEAR. THIS IS MINIMAL EFFECT AND DOES NOT IN MY VIEW TAKE AWAY FROM BEAUTY OF ROOM.**

**Please be aware that this is a "HEAVY" room. This is due to the mesh, not the textures used.
For this reason, if you have older computer I do not recommend overloading this room with furniture.**
