Part 8 of my Medieval weapon collection. This is a detailed model of a light crossbow. This weapon is developed from the regular bow.The advantage of it is the high impact power of the bolt-able to pierce all sorts of armor worn in the medieval times. The greatest disadvantage is the long time needed to reload this weapon and the low accuracy of the bolts on greater range. This crossbow comes on a nice wooden wall mount and is for display purpose only . Photobucket
