Perfect little place. Two story home,resturant, hide out. ect. on a stone island. The view to three sides is a lovely warm sunset, off to another side looks as if a storm maybe headed in from the sea. Would make a great seaman's stop to gather away from the day at Sea for a meal or a drink. How about a Lobster shack?? Yes, I think that is what I will use it for. I would love to see what you do with it! Whatever you use it for... I just hope you ENJOY IT!!
