Animated Wind-Blown Skirt

This skirt is animated to sway as if the wind was blowing it.
Since clothing items can not be inheritance animated like this, this is an accessory item that only moves with the pelvis node. As such, your legs may clip in some poses.

( I will create a pose pack and avatar with compatible poses but due to the nature of accessory items they can not be included)
