Derivable Penthouse: DO NOT BUY

This is a mesh for developers to retexture in the previewer. It can be a luxury mansion, or it can be a doom fortress. It is left to your own imagination. Features high vaulted ceiling and a great view all around. The 'ground texture' (M03) which is situated beneath the ocean texture can be turned back on by unticking 'Use Blending'. Otherwise with it turned off reflections can be achieved in the water by using sky and city skyline textures that are mirrored vertically (in the middle of the image). Feel free to reuse the existing the rail if it fits in with your plans.
