Parking lot out front for easy access... Located downtown, with a variety of shops and dining nearby and park benches out front. I did not enclose the back of the small rooms for better visibility and navigation :) Fully decorated as shown, room loads at 4,726 KB's. You can always unlock, and move things around as you wish; Once purchased, all these items are in your inventory :) The sky surround is locked inside the entrance, so you can find it to change it if you wish; though do so carefully, as the sidewalk and entrance pieces are locked nearby. I did not furnish the large upstairs room (behind the "Owl" glass), but thought it would make a great playroom :) The "Staff" room on the corner upstairs is also not furnished (it is enclosed, so it's harder to see inside, and simply to avoid making more "dots"); you can decorate it if you wish :) I did not add hand washing pose of stools upstairs, as I put a diaper changing cabinet there, and didn't want to make more "dots". But you can further customize as you wish. There is a variety of additional room signs available in my catalog.
