A battle Shield from the Era of the Middle Kingdom of Ancient Egypt. The time of the Heritic King Atenaken and his beautiful, not to mention famous wife Nefertiti. The time of King Tutankamun (the 'cursed mummy), King Aye and King Horemheb, just to name a few of the ending Middle kingdom Kings. There were many differant shield paterens from this time, I chose this one because I liked it the best.
