We here at GypsyMoon would like to present our newest Pet: The Leashed Drake is one of nature's most interesting and unique dragonkin. While it is not a dragon, it bears great resemblance to one, in miniature. The Leashed Drake is called so because of the "leash" from tail to "collar", and each drake is different. The markings on each drake can vary from a "high collar" to a "low collar", spots, rings on the tail, "shackles" and/or "cuffs", and even on a very few drakes, a star of sorts on the forehead. We don't know why some drakes have the star, but they appear to be quite revered among the dragonkin. Leashed Drakes come in myriad colors, varying from brilliantly purple to ruby, each with darker shaded accents. The monochromatic colors, such as black, grey, and white, are considered to be the rarest of the colors, as they do not often hatch. We do not know the reasons for this phenomenon, but we are thrilled when one does. These drakes are trained, and respond to certain commands: Wave, attack, yes, no, and smooch.
