This product is a very SLIGHT variation on the one before it. I edited the mesh for the neck. Currently the textures I have added are 1pxX1px to reduce KB increase.
I have left opacity maps which I recommend you leave. Once you add your fitting texture they will both work.

This is not my mesh. Any issues with the base mesh aren't my fault, nor can I really fix them. But, Opacity maps are your friend.
