The Power Hair
(Despite the avie in this video, this version is for Men ONLY!)

Is your avie coursing with power? Do you eat Thunder and fart Lightning? Do people ask you to model for statues of Greek Gods? Well then show off your god-like power with the Power Hair. This deceptively benign looking hair do springs to life with mystical power whenever you activate it, showing the world the vast powers that flow through you with every waving follicle. Use this with my Power Max and Eye Glow for the full, god-like effect!

Commands are:
"Power" - This turns your hair on, making it wave about slowly. It will do so until you move your avie, or take the hair off.
"Rapture" - Your avie will rise into the air and hover, well their hair energizes and comes alive. After about a minute, your avie and their hair will come down and return to normal.

PLEASE NOTE: This version is designed for the Male Default avies only. It won't work with Female avies, or some Custom avie models. There is a version for the Female Default avie, sold separately in the catalog. It replaces whatever hair you're wearing and isn't compatible with any other hair styles. If you're in doubt, use TRY IT before you BUY IT! There will be NO REFUNDS if it doesn't work with your existing outfit or you buy the wrong version for your .

Not fond of gray hair? Wish all that power came with some SOUND EFFECTS??? Well then DERIVE IT! Make your own version, and even sell it in the catalog for a small markup over my original, and you can keep the extra profits for yourself! You can express yourself AND earn credits at the same time. How's that for a sweet deal? You'll need a full account on IMVU, as well as a copy of Previewer. You can find out more about Deriving on the IMVU's Education Center. Below are the templates you'll need to get started:

This is the Texture map for the hair. As you can see it's both very simple and gray. The idea is to allow you to easily change the color to anything you want, using functions like "Colorize" in Photoshop, or Hue Shifting in other photo editing programs:

This is the Opacity map for the hair. Unless you're going to do something radically different, like turning the hair into chains or snakes, you should probably leave this unchanged. If you do make changes, make sure the Opacity map lines up with the Texture map. Also be aware that the scalp uses a small section of the material, so any radically changes in design might have problems at the hair line. This is something best left to Advanced Users:

To add sound, I highly recommend you download and use Audacity. It's a free sound editing tool that can export out OGG sound files. OGG sound files compress down to less then 1/10th the file size of WAV files. SO USE OGG FILES!!! You can download it here:
