I know there are crazy animated particle effects out there but they can lag or be too chaotic. This is just a 2D flat illuminated image of designs that you can place in front of or behind your avatar in a scene. The purpose is just to add fun flare to your pictures. The best part is it's furniture so you can control the size and location and many duplicates! A great tool for people involved in DOC~
