You can adjust the position of the pose using furniture tools. . . A simple method to tweak a pose spot is to clone it and then place it near the original pose spot. Now the 1st avatar should stand on pose one of first spot and the 2nd avi on the second spot of second pose spot. You can then move the cloned pose spot with furniture tools to readjust the position of the cloned spot as needed till you get the pose right. . . .
