This is a medical cosplay item since it's designed like the early pressure syringe used in medicine. This item is unisex. It can be used by both Male and Female Avatars, but will appear under the male accessories menu. Works with Dainty hands. Syringe contents is animated.

Time Travel Sickness is a very serious, new and now treatable condition. Finally there is help to combat the illness that used to have a high fatality rate. This medicine is a derivative serum of 19th century scientist/inventor Dr. Tobias Horatio Dimbleby's original Time Travel Elixir (Please see my catalog for a complete description and usage of this very rare and expensive elixir) Here .
Originally created and formulated to counteract side effects of Time Travel using his Time Travel Elixir, it works on any Time Travel Sickness no matter what mode of transportation was used.
If the serum is given within a half hour of the first symptom, it will eradicate most symptoms and can possibly prevent the permanent side effects associated with the illness. However, results vary per individual and are not guaranteed.
As with the original Elixir, this serum is very rare and very expensive, but is the only medicine available for the condition.
